ONGOING WordPress APPLICATION SUPPORT

WordPress Maintenance & Support Services for Stable, Reliable Websites

Your WordPress website needs attention after launch, not only when something breaks. Our developers maintain existing WordPress, PHP, theme or page builder, and MySQL websites through planned bug fixing, dependency reviews, performance checks, minor improvements and clear monthly reporting.

Choose a monthly maintenance plan for ongoing technical capacity or a quarterly WordPress Site Health Check for lighter preventive care. We review the codebase first, confirm the right scope and provide a clear support plan before the engagement begins.

A Working WordPress Site Can Still Become Harder to Maintain

Production websites change over time. Dependencies age, user volume grows, integrations evolve and small technical issues accumulate behind everyday feature work. Regular maintenance creates a controlled way to protect stability and improve the codebase without waiting for a major failure.

Dependencies and Runtime Versions Keep Moving

Dependencies and Runtime Versions Keep Moving

WordPress releases, PHP versions, plugin and theme packages and third-party services change over time. Planned reviews help identify outdated or vulnerable dependencies before an urgent upgrade is forced.

Small Bugs Become Recurring Disruptions

Small Bugs Become Recurring Disruptions

Minor errors, failed jobs and inconsistent user flows can quietly consume support time until they are prioritized, fixed and verified through a repeatable maintenance process.

Performance Can Decline as Usage Grows

Performance Can Decline as Usage Grows

API response times, database queries and frontend behaviour that worked at launch may become inefficient as records, integrations and traffic increase.

Internal Teams Need Flexible Technical Capacity

A defined monthly plan gives founders and lean teams experienced Laravel support without the cost or commitment of another full-time hire.

Your Most Important Maintenance Work Comes First

At the start of each cycle, we confirm the active backlog and recommended order. If an urgent issue appears, priorities can be adjusted within the available monthly capacity.

Production-impacting bugs

Production-impacting bugs

Approved issues affecting critical users or workflows are handled before routine improvements.

Known dependency or runtime risks

Known dependency or runtime risks

Relevant vulnerabilities, end-of-life runtimes and compatibility concerns are reviewed according to severity and practical impact.

Recurring errors and reliability work

Recurring errors and reliability work

Repeated failures, noisy logs and unstable integrations are investigated and addressed where possible.

Planned updates and performance improvements

Planned updates and performance improvements

Approved dependency work, query improvements and technical-debt items follow after higher-risk tasks.

Minor product improvements

Minor product improvements

Small UI, validation, reporting or workflow changes can use remaining capacity when they fit the maintenance scope.

Quarterly WordPress Site Health Check

A lighter preventive option for relatively stable applications that do not need continuous monthly support. Every three months, we review the application’s current condition, complete approved minor corrections within the included allowance and provide a prioritized health report.

What the quarterly review includes

  • WordPress core, WooCommerce, PHP, MySQL, plugins and themes website review
  • Production error-log and recurring-issue review using available data
  • plugin and theme dependency vulnerability and outdated-package review
  • PHP runtime and Laravel compatibility check
  • API, authentication and critical workflow testing
  • WordPress query and database index review where tools and access permit
  • Website performance and deployment-configuration review
  • Up to 4–6 hours of approved minor corrective work
  • Prioritized website health report and next-quarter recommendations

Request a Quarterly WordPress  Review

Quarterly health checks do not include continuous support between reviews. Urgent incidents and additional corrective work are quoted separately.

Prefer a Three-Month Commitment?

Receive maintenance every month under your selected plan and pay for the three-month term in advance. The work still happens monthly; only the commitment and billing schedule change.

Recommended incentive: include the initial website onboarding and health review at no additional charge for clients who prepay a three-month maintenance term. This protects the plan price while giving the client a meaningful benefit.

Monthly-plan hours normally expire at month-end. For a prepaid three-month term, up to 25% of one month’s unused capacity may roll forward once, but never beyond the end of the paid quarter.

Fixed the Immediate Bug? Add 30 Days of Follow-Up Care

If you are not ready for a monthly plan, add a short care period after an approved one-time Laravel fix. It gives your application extra attention while the repaired workflow returns to normal use.

  • Resolution of the separately approved bug
  • Thirty days of available error-monitoring review
  • One follow-up application health check
  • Up to two developer hours for related minor issues
  • Priority initial response within one business day during support hours
  • Short end-of-period summary and maintenance recommendation
